About Me
Hi,
My name is Emily and I am 32. I was born in France and I lived all my life there but I decided to move to Ireland 6 years ago and I absolutely love this green country where people are really friendly! There is always something interesting to do and it is easy to go for a good hike!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I started travelling on my own a few years ago and it has been the best travel experiences until now. I met so many great people from different countries and different ages, I learnt a lot and I keep amazing souvenirs of it. I had just few opportunities to try couchsurfing to pursue my experiences of traveling and meeting friendly people around the world and now that it is possible to travel again, I would love to get back to it!
Interests
I'm pretty active, I like keeping myself busy and start the day with some exercises like running, cycling or climbing. I like being out to go for a walk, have a nice coffee in a cosy coffee shop, going for exhibitions, independent movies festivals, going to some gigs. I enjoy having some time for cooking too and doing relaxing activities like crochetting.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
In 2018, I spent a few weeks volunteering on an island in Laos, I was helping in teaching English to the kids of the village, building a mudhouse and gardening. I loved the experience so much, I have been so welcomed by all the local people living there and shared so much with them, I'm really grateful as it was a unique and unforgettable experience.
