Overview
About Me
I grew up in the east San Francisco Bay with a great family. Went to college in northern Northern California where I fell in love with the land and people. After graduating I lived in a remote, “off-grid” camper deep in the mountains with my partner for a year. I love mountains and any oppprotinity to get out of busy city life. I have since been perpetually traveling. My partner and I built a “tiny home” on the back of our tiny truck and when we are not overseas, have toured from Alaska to Guatemala, working seasonally. We have ❤️two amazing dogs ❤️with whom we spend much time hiking and camping. I also love to cook, particularly plant based things, read and sew. I spend as much time as possible in nature and am a baby herbalist and forager. I am a kind, easy going person who both loves being social as much as I like my alone time. I’ve had some interesting experiences in my life and I love to share them and hear the experiences of others
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Traveling is my passion and current lifestyle. Experiencing new cultures and places creates dynamic, resilent and self actcualized individuals. I believe all who have the opportunity should go for it. While I was in college, and in between traveling, I love inviting people into my home on a regular basis. Sharing space is a profound way to create global community, get the local perspective and to save some monies!
