I take every single opportunity to get out of my comfort zone. I have moved from Paris to Copenhagen when I was 22 and 7 years later I just relocated to Helsinki. In between I also lived shortly in Madrid and Milano.
For 5 years I was the chairman of a community restaurant in Copenhagen. Needless to say I am a strong believer in the power of communities!
