Why I’m on Couchsurfing

While arriving in New York, I've realized how much American and European cultures are different. I really want to learn and to share more our habits and way of life. I can't imagine visiting a city without meeting locals people, and discovering how it is to live here (in general, I would like to stay forever)
And I just hope to come back with unusual memories.

I can teach you what is Apero time. (clue: it happens at least every weekend from 6pm, and include food and drinks)

I'd like to learn about your habits and how you're living, and for sure I'll do the same. French cooking is a huge chapter, let's start by "Crepes" and a "Blanquette de Veau". (for winter time, Tartiflette would be perfect)
