I think meeting local people and how they live is the #1 reason to travel.

Everyone I met from this site up to now was so nice. For me, it's one of the best ways to travel. I couchsurfed on my student exchange in Europe 2007-2008. and on my world tour in Iceland in 2016-2017.

Never hosted anyone because after leaving my parents house I bought a small loft and I worked from home.
And now I am back at my parent's house so I still can't. :(

I like learning new languages and to talk about languages.. anything related to linguistics and other cultures.

I do triathlons and my favourite sport is swimming.

I love following my heart and doing things that pop in my head :-)

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I went to Paris on a "coup de tête" in 2012 (I must say I met a guy who invited me, it was a joke, but I decided to go anyway and I never saw the guy again after the trip haha) and that's where I decided I would only have fun meetings in my life (I later became a massage therapist instead of selling insurances :-))

I did Montreal - Percé alone on my bike (about a 1000 km) in 2012 (that year was amazing ;-) ) and sometimes I would ask myself why I didn't take the bus but I kept going. Then when I came back on a train, I was sorry I wasn't on my bike anymore !

In 2016, I sold everything to live around the world.
