About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Graduate in East-Asian Studies, go back in Montreal, get a job so I can travel more!

ABOUT ME

Student in Nagoya; I enjoy playing board games with my friends and good relaxing evenings, going to see new places I've never been to, visiting flea markets and farmer's market...
I'm exploring different styles of yoga such as Vinyasa and Moksha, and like to talk about the philosophy behind it with other people. I'm super interested in 'eco lifestyles' and discussion about living in a way that is better for the environment or better for the human community in general.

PHILOSOPHY

Overcome the walls you set in your head, so you can go further in your experiences.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Of course I got the experience of sleeping at my friend's place, but I guess its gonna be different, heh?

Music, Movies, and Books

Right now, I'm reading "Poor People" by William T. Vollman, discussing what it really means to be poor. Is being happy or satisfied a kind of richness?
Movies: I usually change my 'movie phase' every month... just out of a "weird french movies" phase, before that it was more animated stuff, and before that kung-fu movies... I'd love to watch some South-Asian movies soon, they look really good!

Teach, Learn, Share

I'd like this CS experience to let me experience points of views I have never even thought about, so discussing around a cold beer is always welcome.

I do not have a lot of practical skills, and even if I just love practicing yoga, I cannot teach it. However, I can do this: I can go and do something with you that you never wanted to try because you were scared or alone. Nothing illegal, of course, but I guess that if you need some back-up in something and its doable while I'm at your place, then ask!
