About Me

CURRENT MISSION

provoke a smile on my grocer's face, get involved in farfetched adventures to become an old sea dog and a good story teller

ABOUT ME

My name is Emilie and I am part of the CS project because I love to host and I love to travel, because I believe that meeting people enables to patchwork ideas and imagination, and can provoke great mental explosions.I wish I could manage to find a relative freedom by collecting piece of wisdom in each person I meet.
Plus, I like trainstation atmosphere where people are gathered only once before spreading in any directions. I feel that everything can happen because people there have reached a certain limit, at least a geographical one.
And I love movement, mobility,in any sense.

After traveling and studying abroad for quite a long time, I've settled in Mendoza, Argentina. At the moment, I work as an assistant editor and journalist for a wine and tourism local magazine and I work in a organic and biodynamic vineyard.

PHILOSOPHY

try to renew my look upon life and and enjoy insignificant details as well as marvelous things. Be eclectic and preserve your curiousity, but sometimes, just take the time to do nothing. And as a lot of couchsurfer I assume,I enjoy the road-train-bagpack philosophy
