About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Keep letting curiosity leading me down new paths.

ABOUT ME

I like to see myself as a positive, curious and open. I am problem resolving and always think about plan A, B, C, D... which gives me the possibility to be spontaneous. I like to call it organized spontaneity.

PHILOSOPHY

Make the most of every day, and live your life to the fullest. I have a possibility to make an impact, preferably one smile at a time.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am new to couch surfing, and have only surfed in Texas and Louisiana. My surfing experiences has strengthened my wish to host in my home town. By doing so I think I will learn about the world through the people I host, as well as learning about my own country and culture through the eyes of the people I hopefully will host.

Interests

I am very interested in geology, and therefore enjoy being outdoors. I like hiking and think the best way of exploring a city or a place is by walking around and getting lost. In that way you always find interesting places and people.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was at Frasier Island on the east coast of Australia. It is the biggest sand island in the world, with only some few houses, so there is almost no light pollution there. After dinner around the camp fire we went down to the beach and saw all the starts both in the sky and reflecting in the ocean. Our guide then told us to shuffle in the sand. By doing that tiny sparks was appearing in the sand due to friction and the high amount of sulfur in the sand.

We therefore had stars in the sky, in the ocean and at our feet.

Teach, Learn, Share

I want to learn about cultures, interests and places through people, and I hope I can share my knowledge too.

If you want to hear about life in the arctic, australia, norway, or about geology, costume making or trolls - I am the person to ask!
