I am a recent university graduate currently trying to decide what my next step in live should be. As everyone on couchsurfing, I love travelling and exploring new places and try to get away as much as possible. I especially love staying in places for longer than just a few days to actually learn about the local culture and not just sightseeing objects.

Dlaczego jestem na Couchsurfing

Having visited a lot of cities in Europe, all of them started to look very similar to me. However, one thing that is always different is people who live in those places and their unique stories. I love meeting new people but I am a bit too shy to randomly approach them on the street. Couchsurfing community is a perfect place to cross that barrier and explore new places the way that I like the most - meeting local people, share our stories and see how they live.

I guess I am one of those people who sometimes enjoy planning trips more than travelling because this way I learn a lot about new places. When on a journey, I always try to take the opportunity to hike somewhere in the mountains to rest from busy cities and touristic places. I also love chocolate and having lived in Britain I would also not survive long without tea.

Muzyka, filmy i książki

I like to think that my music taste is quite universal - I enjoy everything from classic operas to electronic music. However, I have to admit that I mostly listen to popular music like Imagine Dragons, Sia and classic rock.

I love watching all kinds of movies except horror because I have a hard time sleeping at night after. I guess some of my favorite ones include Forest Gump and Harry Potter franchise.

I have always loved reading and I usually prefer classic novels or detective stories. But again, my favorite would be Harry Potter series.

Jedna niesamowita rzecz, którą zrobiłem(-am)

So far this year I have lived and traveled in three spectacular countries (Spain, United Kingdom and the USA) and to end the year I am going back to my home country - Lithuania. Since I love spending more time in each place, 2017 was quite amazing for me.
