I am a small town girl who wants to see the world. It doesn't matter to me with who or where but I want to see everything. I have always held a particular interest with different cultures and the cross between cultures- I love how I can be across the world and someone will still open up their heart/ home/ way of life with me.

I love long walks in the rain, a weekend on the lake, snow in the winter and the idea that someone doesn't have a passport weird's me out. :)

-In Short-
I love to make new connections. I love to go out into the "real world" and sparking a conversation with a stranger. I love getting to know people. I have traveled all over the world and don't want to stop. I realize that I may not have the ability to travel once I reach Med school. But, I'm not going to let that stop me because I plan to be a traveling doctor. Maybe join Doctor's without Borders....or something like that.

-The Boring Stuff-
I am a student athlete at Allegheny College. I have a planned career in the Medical field. My major is Global Health with a minor in Biology and Studio Art. I anticipate to graduate May 2017.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm couch surfing because it sounds like soo much fun. I am traveling at an odd time of year and don't expect to see as many youth at the hostels so Im looking to you. I want to meet you. I love to meet new people and would love you to be the next link in the chain of people I know across the world.

Music, Movies, and Books

hmmm... this is a hard one considering I like everything. You could bring me to any concert and I would have an amazing time. I could read any book (besides a school textbook) and love it. But, if you made me choose I would say I like pop music, Sarah Dessen books, and LOVE action movies- especially Marvel movies.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went to China with a Student Ambassador program. Through my experiences abroad I have been humbled. I recognize all of the opportunities I have been given. I have been very fortunate in my schooling, travels, and opportunities.
