Overview
About Me
I grew up on a farm in Illinois and want to one day have a homestead of my own where I learn from our dear earth, promoting Life for all creatures. I studied Spanish and Intercultural Studies in university, but I know my education has only begun. I think if I had to choose, travel has been my favorite teacher so far. However, on the flip side I can sit peacefully with a book for hours and be content. :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Every living thing is inherently connected with every other living thing and thus it makes perfect sense that people need other people, and couchsurfing is tangible way of experiencing that necessary connection in a foundational and endearing way. Couchsurfing is a hub for the best kind of education we could ever seek: experience.
