Hello, I will be completing my Master of Science in Engineering in December 2016! I was raised in Istanbul, Turkey and have been in the USA for the past 6 years. I love traveling, experiencing new cultures, and seeing new places. I try to go on hikes and food excursions on my free time. I definitely have a sweet tooth!

I will be traveling in Europe to see the Northern Lights before starting full-time employment in WA, USA. I am couchsurfing to allow me to spend ~3 weeks in Europe without going over my intended budget.

I mostly listen to a combination of pop, dance and electronic music. Anything with a good beat to keep me going! I love movies with a twist. The Shawshank Redemption is at the top of the list!

I was the team leader of a team that designed, analyzed, built and tested a 3 kg unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) for a sense-and-avoid mission in 12 weeks! This was our senior design project ad we were to only team in our class to fly.
