About Me
Hi!
It is always difficult to describe yourself, but I will give it a try.
My name is Emily and I am a positive, open minded and social girl who is 20 years old.
I am polite and chatty and likes to get to know people and enjoy a crazy night out or to stay in for a movie, a book or just a chat.
I love to experience the areas around me and to go for a run in the neighborhood.
If there is anything else you want to know, just ask me and I am also open for a Skype meeting! :)
I would love to host people if I could, but currently I am not able to. I would gladly show you around in the areas I know, or try to help you finding things to see in other parts of Denmark as well.
May-July 2015 I will be in USA, and not able to meet up.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am couchsurfing because I love to meet new people and I want to see the world from the point of view of the local.
I enjoy learning and trying new things. I am a social person who enjoy the company of others.
Interests
Cultures, travelling, nature science (mostly about the human body and mind), fashion, food, fitness, architecture, music, festivals, working as a volunteer and a lot more. I am a very curious person so if you have a special interest of any kind, I would like to hear more about it!

Music, Movies, and Books
I listen to a lot of different types of music but mostly pop music like Ed Shereen, Ellie Goulding, John Mayer and Katy Perry.
I like to read books, and also a lot of different types and subjects. I love the book "La catedral del mar" by Ildefonso Falcones
(I read it in danish ;))
I like comedies, action and romantic movies.
When it comes to series I prefer Friends, How I met your mother and two and a half men.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Last summer I decided to do a spontaneous tour to the southern part of Africa. It was a group tour but I knew none of them in advance and it was the first tour without my family (besides study trips of course) .
It was one of the craziest things I have ever done, but I absolutely loved it, so this is why I want to try out couchsurfing in the US!
What I Can Share with Hosts
My positive energy, knowledge of other countries I have visited, social company, crazy ideas, cozy conversations and if you are lucky I will do cooking as well.
I don't really know what else, but ask if there is something in particular?
