I'm happy to share a recipe or a yoga practice (albeit, I am fairly new to the latter). I've spent my life sailing, so I'd be happy to help bring that into your life! There's nothing like being on the water or having a better understanding of how it works. I'm fairly obsessed with reading, so I'd happily leave behind a favorite book or recommendation.
I love gaining new insights and perspectives. You can learn a lot about a person through their experiences and the choices they've made. Trading stories is one of my favorite pastimes, as it dives right into a person's being, whereas small talk only covers the surface.
