I'm easy going, open minded, and love to authentically experience different cultures and lifestyles. I'm extremely easy to get along with and respectful. I strive for balance in my life, and this carries through in my travel experiences as well. I can enjoy many days alone with myself in a new city, but love to integrate time with other travelers and locals.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I try to couchsurf as much as possible in order to meet locals and have a more authentic experience. Even if it's just meeting up for a bit, I'm open to it. I'd love to host someone in my wonderful city of Los Angeles (especially if you speak Spanish, and are willing to help me practice.)

Music! Radiohead, Sigur Ros, Explosions in the Sky, Portugal the Man, Norah Jones, the Beatles, Pink Floyd, Talking Heads, Postal Service, LCD Soundsystem... Gosh, I could never even begin to tackle this question. Books, anything by Jack Kerouac, American classics, Still Life with Woodpecker, Middlesex, Jane Eyre. Movies, I love the Big Lebowski, Almost Famous, and Across the Universe.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

Sunset over the Annapurna mountain range in Nepal was the single most beautiful thing I've ever seen. I was on a trek in the Himalayas, and caught it at the highest point.
