I am the typical friendly Canadian who gets along with everyone and loves to meet new people. I love to travel and have been doing so for the past couple years. I am always up for trying new things! I love hanging out with friends or new people that I meet, going out for a good party night on occasion, or just chillin and watching a movie or playing a board game. I like to read and I enjoy playing all different kinds of sports. Really, I'm up for whatever!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I joined Couchsurfing because I am looking to meet new people while I am here in the U.K. or more specifically, Cardiff. I am also a poor traveller so a cheap place to stay is key for me. I don't need much space, just a couch to crash on and wifi would be great!

Music, Movies, and Books

I've always been a rap and country girl, which I know are two very conflicting genres but oh well. I really do like everything else as well! I am trying to branch out more from my go to's (being rap, country, pop, EDM, and dubstep). I've more recently gotten into rock music and chillstep. I'd say I'm a big movie person! I like them all...comedy, drama, action, horror, etc. If I had to pick 3 favourites off the top of my head, I'd say the lion king, LOTR, and Harry Potter. Of course, I'm all about GOT these days when it comes to TV shows, but Friends will always be my fav. As for books, I do like to read but can be lazy with it as well. I really enjoyed The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo series recently.

One thing I definitely like to do is learn. I'm always trying to keep my mind turned on and open so I can take in as much as possible, which is why I love travelling and meeting new people. I also just like to hear about people's lives and how they got to where they are today. In the next 5 years, my main focuses in terms of learning are...to become fluent in Spanish, to learn how to play guitar, and to continue learning about different cultures and ways of living. I have lots to share and teach. Tons of stories from travelling. I'm always happy to talk about future travel plans or ideas.

I'm always up for a good laugh or some fun. I'm a yes person, so whatever you offer, I will say yes 99% of the time! I'm easy to get along with and am also very understanding. And if you're looking for any travel advice or are curious about some places in the world, I will probably be able to help there.
