ABOUT ME

Hello i'm Emily :)
So i grew up in Devon and have been studying art therapy and fine art in Bristol for the past 3 years - where i've worked part-time, found times to do little bits of travelling, volunteered, been to lots of parties and festivals and generally exploring life in Bristol! Now i'm not studying i'm working as a carer & bar maid in between being creative and finding lots of time to get out into nature!

PHILOSOPHY

We learn and become ourselves through playing - its honey for the soul! We are the universe experiencing itself subjectively... if the universe can experience itself, through us, i wanna grow and create as much as i can to offer value and meaning to this crazy life.

All very positive and exciting really.. i've stayed in Barcelona and Lisbon and hosted some lovely people in Bristol.

I've been learning about how the arts can be used to improve health and well-being, i'd love to offer ideas and activities for how people can use creativity in therapeutic ways. I can do henna, and can teach people the technique. I would love to just hear about people's lives and life learnings...
