I'm a singer-songwriter in Nashville, TN, raised in Georgia. I fell in love with Nashville when I came to visit for a weekend and ended up going to college here. Haven't left since! Except for when I studied abroad in London for a semester and absolutely loved it. My family lives in Los Angeles, so I recently toured the West Coast with my tour mate Keelan and we couch surfed with friends and acquaintances for two whole weeks. It was wonderful getting to know new cities, having the comfortability of new friends opening their home to us and telling us what we should see in their city.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My friend and tour-mate, Keelan and I are traveling all over Ireland and some of England for the whole month of June. We have saved some money to be able to afford hostels, but we love making friends in new cities--especially in different countries! Plus, saving some money doesn't hurt ;) If you let us stay with you, we'll definitely get you into our shows for free if it's not already a free show. We'd love to have more people to invite out to our shows too!

Music, Movies, and Books

Led Zeppelin, The Beatles, John Mayer, Joni Mitchell, Simon and Garfunkel, Sheryl Crow, Alt J, Dave Matthews Band...I listen to everything except screamo-kinda-metal stuff.

Almost Famous, Sweet Home Alabama, Some Like It Hot...I love movies. The list could go on, but mostly comedies, nostalgic throw-backs, dramas and horror movies when I'm in the mood.

My all-time favorite book is Gone With The Wind. Loved The Secret Life of Bees too.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Won a national competition with Belk, a US department store, with my music, which allowed me to tour at major amphitheaters across the country last summer.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am a good guest--very respectful of keeping the house clean and quiet when people are trying to sleep. I also am happy to cook breakfast in the morning if the host is still around to eat with us! We will have our instruments with us as well, so we would be happy to play some music for you :)
