Hi there! My name is Emily, just recently turned 29 (whoop) and spent my birthday in Barcelona. I'm originally from Australia but have been living in London for the past 2 years. My Visa recently ended so I'm taking the long way home. I work in ecommerce and have done so for the past 8 years. I am adventurous and like to go exploring just as much as I like to chill out - always interested in meeting like minded people who share my love of the world.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because I am currently on my way back to Australia after a quick exit from London I wanted to spend quality time in Spain and Portugal. I've done hostels with a few friends and solo but would really love to see cities from a locals perspective, and see places I probably never would've seen before.

Not much of a book reader but usually have 1 travel book. Currently reading 'the book thief'

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went diving with great white sharks off the coast of Australia. It was terrifying but totally amazing!

Teach, Learn, Share

I know quiet a lot about ecommerce and online marketing and I'm more than happy to share any knowledge I have with start up businesses etc. As I said above, currently trying to learn how to surf so am interested in anyone that can help with that - not a prerequisite though of course! I'd like to share stories of travel, life and of course good banter.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I really enjoy cooking and haven't been able to do that enough. If I can cook a meal to share as a house complimented with a glass of wine or two I think we'd be able to share some fun experiences together.
