I really enjoy good quality dark chocolate and being outside in nature.

Inner world - I’m all about self love! Breath, move, eat well, hydrate often, sit still, find space, meditate, do some yoga, get a massage, massage yourself, good vibes, good hugs. Positive mindset. Life is ceremony and your body is a temple 🙏

Outer world - I feel very connected with nature, more and more as my path develops. This has made me pretty conscious about the way I live. Spread good vibes and you will receive them back tenfold.

I’m on my journey to pursue my dreams in harmonising the world, spreading peace and love, education about sustainability and plastic, sharing my knowledge of yoga and meditation.
I’ve spent a lot of time overseas this year and I’m slowing integrating back into Australia. Looking for like minded conscious awake people who are driven to make change and do what’s right for the world. Om
