About Me

BEFORE

Hitchhiked from Cambodia to Germany last year, crossing East and Central Asia, Middle East and Eastern Europe.
Couchsurfing and spontaneously crashing with new friends all the way, because what is better than meeting people and cultures wherever I go?

NOW

Had to return to my home country for a bit to start my studies at medical school.
Currently living in FRANKFURT am Main.
Back to a normal life for now, but always looking for new adventures!
(Because normal gets boring after awhile.)

UPDATE

Travelling trough INDIA now! Starting in Delhi, roughly going towards Channai, otherwise just going where the road takes me!
Travelling with good friend and previous travel buddy KIM ARONTAUS again.

ABOUT ME

I‘m a very positive person and I love challenges!
Right now I study a lot for med school and live a typical student life.
Otherwise I love philosophy, cultural exchange, sports, people and their life stories, medicine and books.

“The world belongs to those who set out to conquer it armed with self confidence and good humour.”
- Charles Dickens

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To get to know all the amazing people out there, just like you!

Interests

I have always had a fascination for medicine, spent years in the Red Cross and am very much enjoying Medical School
Apart from that I try to volunteer wherever I see a good cause.
I like exercising and doing sports, be it team sports or just on my own.
One of the things I want to learn and practice is meditation.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I spent two months volunteering in a hospital in Uganda, near Congo, when I was 17. An incredible experience that changed me in so many ways!

Also hitchhiking literally halfway around the world wasn’t too bad either ;)

Teach, Learn, Share

WANT TO LEARN:

- survival skills and combat sports - I‘m onto the second one and have a bit of experience at the first, but there‘a so much I want to learn!
- languages! Especially Russian
- playing the guitar

CAN OFFER:

- medical attention and tricks. I’m a trained paramedic so I might know a thing or two ;)
- tips, tricks and stories about hitchhiking, travelling as a solo female traveller in all kinds of countries (and staying safe while doing so) and living the nomad life

What I Can Share with Hosts

Just my stories, my plans and everything in between! I love having great conversations and hearing opinions on all kinds of topics.
If I can help you out in any way, I will try my best!
