Overview
About Me
A UK student, Originally from Manchester but studying in Chester. Not done much travelling YET, but I am hoping to change that :) My ultimate travel goal is to visit Japan and experience the culture and beautiful landscapes there,, followed closely by Vietnam and the rest of South East Asia 🌺
I am at the beginnings of a journey to travel mentally and physically through the landscapes of the mind and the earth; The purpose? to learn, expand my knowledge & understanding as far as I can, develop my mindset, to find & share joy, to make the most of being alive and to embrace the unknown!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Just trying to gain as much experience of the world as possible, and enjoy all life has to offer ✌🏻☺️
I have a serious case of wanderlust (like I’m sure many people on here do!) and believe the best way to progress as an individual is to get out and do things... meet other people, see new places and take in as much as I can :)
Interests
Part of why I’m on CS is to find more interests, so I would love to hear about yours! I enjoy visiting museums, art galleries, historical sites and wandering new places for hours to explore. I love being in both busy cities and tranquil forests and countryside 🌲🌿

Music, Movies, and Books
I am pretty open minded with music,, I can appreciate and enjoy most things but to pin it down, my favourite song is American Pie (by Don McLean), and I have a lotta love for Madonna😶 also for the Mama Mia movies & their soundtracks too :)
I would never say no to a a Vietnam war movie , & my all time top favourite films include Nemo, War of The Worlds (Tom Cruise version) and the classic Tarantino’s. I also rate Burlesque pretty highly, & adore the Studio Ghibli stuff too ✨
I’m not too picky though - generally I can enjoy anything !
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
So far....
my most amazing thing was when I visited Berlin with some friends last summer as my first independent holiday, which was ~incredible~ as it’s so rich with historical sites,, and we did a day trip to Potsdam and the house where the Cold War conference took place, and it was *super* exciting to stand on the very ground where decisions that shaped the modern world were made 😁
Also on the same trip, I got my first tattoo... and it was from a picture I took of some graffiti on the Berlin Wall ! 🌼
