5 minute walk to the beach, 10 minutes from local pub, 20 minute drive to peninsula hot springs, 2 minutes from Safeway ( local grocerie store) 30 minute from Sorrento ferry that can be caught to get to great ocean rd. All these places can be accessed by bus trip or car ride, some are walking distance.
