I am an Australian who is currently living in London, England. I spent about 5 months of 2015 backpacking through Europe and settled in London in September 2015. My travels through Europe were amazing however there is still so much that I want to see and am planning to do as much travel while I'm here.

I consider myself to at times be a somewhat reserved person, however I am very friendly, open minded and do love to meet and get to know new people, and am always interested in everyones stories and experiences.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm new to Couchsurfing but have joined as I have met so many people throughout my travels who have couch surfed all over the world and have had the most wonderful experiences doing it. I am hoping that for me it will help me to learn more about the country I am visiting and make new friends.

I generally tend towards Australian artists, films and authors however am also pretty open to anything. I love to read and some of my favourite authors are Tim Winton, Kazoo Ishiguro & Ian McEwan.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I was 16 I participated in a student exchange where I travelled to Finland on my own and lived there for 6 months. It was such a great experience as I attended school and spent the Winter there where I got to experience the joys of the Finnish culture.
