Hi! I'm Emily! I was born and raised in CT, USA. I am a registered nurse and began my journey traveling for work in January 2018! I love adventure, hiking, and taking in all that life has to offer! I am very into mindfulness and mind-body medicine. I believe what we put into our bodies (literally, emotionally, and environmentally) manifests physically in our being. I love to surround myself with positivity :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Gone on a 5 day canoe trip in the Adirondacks with 2 pairs of clothes, some food, a tent, and a HAM radio
