ABOUT ME

INFJ, animal lover, photographer, big fan of conversations and sandwiches. I know a little bit about a lot of things, and not a lot about any one thing in particular. I'd like to think that's a healthy perspective. My prized possessions are my journal, Canon, and growing library of books. I'd like to go back to school for holistic nutrition, and then for environmental law. And maybe a history degree. Aaaand then maybe some other things. I don't need a lot to live - just tea, a good book, a camera, and a solid pair of boots.

My husband and I are trying to cram a lot of life into our lives together, and that includes travelling in a meaningful way, rather than an Instagram-worthy one. I'm quiet but love meeting people, and hope to reciprocate by opening our home as soon as it's no longer a construction zone!

After several panic attacks I finally jumped out of an airplane at 10,000 feet - and instantly figured out why people get addicted to the adrenaline rush! That being said, bungee jumping terrifies the hell out of me and is no way, shape, or form on my bucket list.

We spent a week in Switzerland this past summer and being in the Alps was one of the most beautiful experiences of my life. The Rösti wasn't bad either.

I will happily cook a meal for you - I'm really only good at vegetarian food but will try my hand at whatever you'd like! I also love just talking and sharing, but you most likely don't want to hear me sing.

I'm a photographer as well, and would love to take portraits of you, if that's something you'd find interesting. I like using my camera to show people themselves in a new light - it's an incredibly rewarding connection that brings a lot of joy.
