My name is Emily (obviously...). I am a mellow, fun-loving lady who enjoys a good conversation and new people. I have lived in seven states (Iowa, Colorado, Alaska, California, Hawaii, Washington and Wyoming) and would like to explore places outside of my home country now. I am mostly outside hiking or running or what have you, but appreciate explore all the alleys of a city.

I am currently reading The River Why and I enjoy memoirs.
Gladiator is my favorite movie but I am also a sucker for stupid Hallmark Christmas movies.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I climbed the Grand Teton within a 24 hour period with a friend of mine last summer. It took about 20 hours.
