Overview
About Me
I am on exchange from Canada, living in Dijon France and I love travelling! I am trying to get out and explore as much as possible while I am here in Europe. I approach life from a place of gratitude and I want to get to really know places and people as a traveler, not a tourist. I love learning other cultures and languages, I am studying sustainability and community development in Canada. I am friendly, open-minded and always happy to meet new people!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I believe that staying with a local hugely improves your experience of a place, as they know their own cities best. I want to have knowledge of the places I visit with recommendations from real people, and I think it's much more likely to make friends and have a good time as I often travel alone.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love all music, live especially, except for country.
I also enjoy most movies, action, drama, thriller, comedy, musical. I follow the marvel franchise, but my favourites are Mirrormask, the Lovely Bones, Scott Pilgrim, Easy A, and Beauty and the Beast.
I love reading and have read too many books to pick favourites, but I'm always looking for new recommendations and discussions about what I've already read.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I saved for and planned a trip to Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe, completely independently. I spent a month there working on a black rhino wildlife reserve and it really changed my life. It was the first time I had ever planned and executed a trip before and I am so grateful for the privilege of going, it was truly amazing.
Teach, Learn, Share
I am happy to teach french or english to anyone I stay with, as well as some spanish, which I am still learning myself. I would love to learn and share recipes for cooking and swap travel stories, as well as share and learn about our different cultural backgrounds.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I would love to learn and share recipes for cooking and swap travel stories of course. I will happily share my artwork and would love to learn about my hosts passions, and meet their friends.
