Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I quit my job and am traveling for a few months across the country. I've hosted people before in a less formal setting and think this is a great community. I'd love to contribute more and host once I have a place of my own.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Went scuba diving in the Philippines and started practicing free diving to see a wrecked ship. I caught sight of an electric clam, plenty of little Nemos, and these tiny sea slugs called nudibranches that I didn't even know existed before.

Picked coffee beans on the hillside of a volcano and helped build a biofuel converter for a coffee cooperative in Guatemala.
