Unlearn with me. It's hard to deconstruct a lot of the things we've thought to believe for so long but, as with all good things, it's worth it in the end!

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

To meet cool people and live life for a minute together! Those experiences are what makes us who we are and it's amazing how much you can get to know someone in a brief bit of time in the scheme of living.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Summer of 2016 my partner at the time and I hitchhiked from Denver, Colorado to California and back. Although the very flexible and unknown schedule sometimes made it hard to give CSers advanced warning we still met a lot of wonderful hosts through it. Our exchanges through this site still amaze me to this day.

I've only surfed and never hosted but one day I hope to change that!

Interessen

Music and travel mostly. I play guitar and ukulele and one day hope to be in a band longer than a month. Dogs are another big one, I love them. I'm also deeply interested in linguistics! Language is very fascinating to me. People most of all as they're all so different! I love to exchange and connect, they are what makes up this world. Recently Ive gotten into tarot and astrology as well.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

MUSIC
Mostly punk, pop punk, and alt rock music but I can listen to almost anything. Concerts are church for me. Recently Ive been in a dance music mood. Life is too short to hate pop music.

MOVIES
I'm into anything from Marvel to the Criterion Collection. Still working on catching up on what I've missed out on though so any recommendations are nice!

BOOKS
I used to be one of those kids that would read three books in two days but I haven't had as much time these days. Hopefully I'll get back to it when I settle a bit again. I also really love comics. Vagabonding by Rolf Potts is what got me focused on traveling and I highly recommend it!

Lehren, lernen, teilen

I know a good bit of spanish and some ASL if that interests you! I can also teach you some guitar, ukulele, or a little piano if you like music!

I'm very interested in linguistics, so anything you can teach me about languages I am all about. Other than that I'm really just willing to learn anything and share good times and experiences with rad people.

An ear mostly, I'm a good listener. I'm also a professional pet petter. If you have any around you can bet I will be loving them. I'd also like to say I can offer some great company. So far I haven't been told otherwise but if you're curious feel free to find out for yourself!
