At the in between stage of school and work right now, and looking to get some travelling done in the mean time. I love to travel and wish I had more time and money to do so but as a recent grad...money is tight! I make do with what I have and have had the chance to travel through Ecuador and Peru, volunteering with earthquake relief efforts, learning Spanish and shadowing doctors (im a wannabe med student). Of recent I have done South Africa, England and a return trip to Mexico. Anything outdoors, I’m all over it. Cliff diving, cave crawling, waterfall hunting. I’m there.

Myself and my boyfriend Ryan look forward to our travels in South East Asia this spring and to meeting some rad people!

Plans for this trip: learn to surf, visit an elephant sanctuary, ha long bay boat cruise, motor through the jungle, raft from Thailand to Laos, party in the islands and eat some awesome food

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love to travel and meet new people, immersing myself into what it is like to live there and this seems like a fantastic place to do so. As well, at home in Ontario sometimes I find myself traveling from place to place on the greyhound with no where to stay over night and by using couch surfing I can not only find a place to stay, but really get to know the areas I have been traveling through.
