I'm a 21 year old student at LSU, studying political science. I was born and raised in Destin, FL, right on the beach! I'm currently learning mainly French, but also looking to eventually learn German and Spanish as well.

Interests

I enjoy just about any outdoor activities. I have worked for a paddle board company and enjoy paddling any chance I get - I also occasionally enjoy competing in races, relays, or other paddle boarding events/competitions, though I primarily paddle just for the recreation and exercise.

Other outdoor hobbies include (but are not limited to, as I'm usually up to try just about anything): hiking, camping (including primitive and survivalist camping), kayaking, canoeing, surfing (I'm not very good, but hopefully I'll be better in the future!), horseback-riding/equestrian, rowing, biking, and swimming.

I'm on my university's rowing team, as a coxswain, and it has been an incredible experience! I also have spent the last few years in my university's marching band, as well as other symphonic ensembles.

In March of 2014, I had the wonderful opportunity to march in the Saint Patrick's Day Parade in Dublin Ireland!
