One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
My first time Canyoning when I dived off an 11m ridge in Da Lat, Vietnam.
Teach, Learn, Share
I love experimenting in the kitchen and creating new dishes. Cooking has always been a way to communicate for me as I've grown up with a culture that revolves around food. It's an expression of love and a way to bring people together which is why it's so important to me. I eat vegan most of the time and would love the chance to show you how easy it is to cook something delicious without any animal products.
I can speak some Chinese albeit not very fluently and odd words of French, Spanish and Japanese. I love learning new languages and am happy to share the limited knowledge that I do have :)
Swimming is another hobby of mine, I can quite happily spend hours in a pool. Sharing this love of swimming is one of the reasons I became a swimming teacher. I also recognise the importance of being able to swim for anybody who crosses large bodies of water on a regular basis.
