I am Emily, a 19 year old German, fresh out of school, who is taking a gap year in South East Asia to explore new cultures and submerge oneself in them. I am open minded, kind and interested in pretty much everything new to learn.
After my gap year I will go to university. But before I want to experience local life and therefore started Couchsurfing.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing enhaces the expierince at a place so much more. You get to know new friends and get first hand tips on what to see. Therefore, I hope that every couchsurfing experience gives me something new to learn and let me get an insight on the hosts perspective on the place.

Hiking in a place called "Worlds End" in Sri Lanka and having an amazing scenic view.
