Overview
About Me
I am currently studying Spanish and foreign language education (Spanish and TESOL) at Mississippi State University. I have lived in the South since I was 5 years old, which probably explains why I like to meet people from the rest of the world.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
As I travel abroad in Europe this semester, I hope to share time with others who can provide me with their unique perspectives of the places they live in. Once I return home, I would like to return the favor by providing lodging and local knowledge to those wanting to travel in my region.
Interests
I enjoy traveling with loved ones, reading, running and walking, baking, trying out new foods (cooking or eating them--I'm not too picky), exploring different places, and spending time with my family and our yellow blockhead lab Mortimer ("Morty" to his friends).

Teach, Learn, Share
Family is one of my priorities, so perhaps that is why my interests lean toward activities that remind me of them or have helped to bring us together in some way. I would enjoy the opportunity to share these parts of my life with you, so you be interested in a stay with a little more depth. If you're looking to learn crochet, how to bake Southern desserts, or to play the piano, I can help you with that. Want to practice your Spanish/English conversation skills? I'm game for that, too. I assure you my English is better than my Spanish (Castilian, for those who would rather me specify), so if you happen to be fluent in the latter, we can help one another out. Sundays and Wednesdays, I attend worship, so if you're interested in coming with me, I would be happy to bring you. I could talk about the Bible all day long, so if you're up for a cup of coffee, hot chocolate, or tea and long discussions about that or anything else, I would do my best to oblige.
