Hey! Emily here. I grew up just outside of Detroit, Michigan, and am now a University student who loves to get outside and explore new places. I am an amateur artist and musician, an aspiring homesteader, and an avid reader. I am committed to sustainable and cooperative living, enjoy meeting new people, and love learning new skills.

Most of my travels have been in the Great Lakes Region -- throughout much of Michigan and Ontario -- and my favorite part of traveling is meeting people along the way. I love sharing stories, cooking meals, and playing music together. Some of the most compassionate people I know are the ones I've met on the road. I carry their kindness and generosity with me always, and I hope to pay it forward to the new people I meet as I continue my travels.
