ABOUT ME

My name is Emily. I am from Toronto, Canada and I travel a lot. In a few months (May 2016) I will be landing in my 50th country. I am not running away from anything, I am running toward everything while I'm young and free and have a bit of time. I love to meet new people, hear their stories, keep an open mind and learn from them. My favorite thing to do is walk around a new city with music, noticing the little things about a place that you fail to see after a while. It makes me appreciate Toronto a little more each time I go back - I've learned to be grateful for the little things.

To explore through the eyes of a local, to meet new people, but mostly, I'd rather spend money on a delicious meal and a bottle of wine to share with a new friend, than on a bunk bed in a hostel.... I think those days are fading for me.
