ABOUT ME

I love to travel. I grew up doing it and I never plan on stopping. I absolutely love seeing new places, meeting new people, and experiencing new things. I would say I'm still pretty green in my travel experience...I've never been outside of the US, but there's plenty to see in this country before I go tackle the rest of the globe :) I love hiking and mountain climbing so my ultimate goal is to summit as many peaks on all seven continents as I can!
Currently I live in Austin, Texas...one of the most amazing cities I've been in yet,but I'm about to move back to Durango,CO to get my bachelors in environmental biology. I absolutely love working with food,and my ultimate goal is to join the peace corps and work on sustainable agriculture and environmentally safe farming projects.

PHILOSOPHY

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Just moved to Durango,CO hopefully I'll have a couch soon.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far I surfed up the West Coast crashing on a few couches. I was so amazed at how readily people opened their homes to travellers they hardly new, love that! The people I've met so far are so wonderful.

Movies- I don't usually have time to watch them but if I do they're independent or foreign films

Music-I love blues, folk, indie rock, alternative. Anything that sounds different!

Books- Lately I've been stuck on non-fiction books about mountain climbing and climate change, but I love Michael Chabon
