ABOUT ME

Halo :)
This is my first time using couchsurfing - but I have heard great things about it!
Right now I am getting my masters in Social Work with an emphasis on the Human Rights Perspective. For my last semester, I am studying abroad in Innsbruck, Austria! I'm trying to learn German but...it's going quite slowly...
Before I came to Innsbruck, I was living in New York City (where I grew up) - I absolutely love it! I love the diversity, the energy, and how it really lives up to its name "the city that never sleeps". Hopefully I will get to host some surfers once I return :)
I LOVE animals - especially dogs. I have 2 big ones at home and miss them the most!
Traveling is a passion of mine and I feel very fortunate to have traveled since I was young to cities all over the world. But there are MANY more to see!
I like to think that I am easy to get along with, low-key, and usually just go with the flow...

As I said, I'm a first time user - so its just surfing at the moment, but I definitely hope to host once I am back in New York!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Not much! I've slept on many couches, but so far only of friends.

I can spend hours discussing human rights and how important social work is - but I can also teach you how to train your dog :)
I'm open to learn whatever you want to teach me! But it would be great to improve my cooking...
