About Me
Driven to inspire nature-connection and creativity in our youth.
--
Traveling is one of the best pleasures in life, and I love to do it alone because spontaneity makes life worth living. I hope to meet you!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
My roommates and I love showing our apartment to friends for the first time and we love meeting new people, also we have a pullout couch, so I thought couchsurfing was the move.
Now I'm traveling and looking to be a couch surfer. I love the idea of staying with a local in an unfamiliar city.
Interests
Getting creative in the kitchen, playing with materials and found objects, drinking good tea, initiating a game in any social setting.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: Live is always better. Movies: Animation and shorts. Books: Not the reader I would like to be, but I just finished Wild by Cheryl Strayed, huge recommendation for any travellers.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Won the watermelon eating contest at my senior picnic in high school. Huge accomplishment.
Teach, Learn, Share
I am not really sure what this means however, I love to do all three. I was teaching English and Arts & Crafts in the Dominican Republic. Learning keeps us alive, so I use TED talks and museums as a great supplement to our college education. Share, well we do that best.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Our apartment features a creaky rocking chair, a meditation corner, enough candles to be a fire hazard if they were all lit, a fire pace utilised as alcohol storage, and a growing collection of friends' art. We would love to share life stories and a box of wine.
