ABOUT ME

We are a young couple who just finished college at Western Washington University and are taking advantage of the newly acquired freedom to see and experience as much of the world as possible. Currently we are living in Budenheim, Germany with a family of three. We will be in Europe until the end of July and plan to take full advantage of our opportunity to have as many adventures as possible.
A little about Alex: He loves anything to do with superheroes, triathlons, climbing.
A little about me (Emily): I love to read and be outside and my favorite animal are Elephants.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Currently, we are living abroad and traveling as much as possible. We are new to couch surfing and are excited to meet new people and have a new experience. We will gladly offer up our couch whenever it is we decide to find a permanent place of residence.

Alex can't choose his favorite music because he says there is too much to choose from and I have terrible music taste but if you like Celine Dion you'll get along with me just fine or if you hate her you will get along with Alex great and you can make fun of me together.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I(Emily) went to South Africa 2 summers ago and it was one of the most amazing experiences of my life. I got to meet an amazing group of people and learn a lot about South Africa's history and it's people.
Alex- When I was 18 I completed my first Ironman (triathlon 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike, 26.2 mile run). I was one of the youngest people in North America to finish a race of that distance that year. Since then I've competed in numerous other triathlons including the half ironman world championships.
