ABOUT ME

Are we sitting comfortably...

It all started with a rather scary medical condition for which I was put on a rather lengthy list... and I thought to myself, twiddling my thumbs, I know! I'm going to Asia. By myself. And I caught a bug, not the nasty sort of thing that crawls and lays eggs in your brain or anything (although that may well have helped), but the sort that infect you with a constant urge to hang out in unknown environments with people that make you smile and laugh so hard you give your self muscle injuries.

To cut a long story short, I discovered rock climbing, and I have been traveling the world at every opportunity since.

I'm pushing things into my mind all the time, I reckon one day... every movie and person I've ever watched, every book and every face I've ever read, every song and every story is just going to come exploding out of my head. But until then... there's always room for more.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Unfortunately, I live very far out of the nearest small city and also currently with my parents, I'd imagine that surfing here would be less than fulfilling but I love showing people around Norwich, It's a 'fine city' with so much character and wicked people, so I'd be more than happy to meet up with people and show them around, for sure. Come come come!!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I surfed with lots of people when i was traveling in America. And it was great. And i was very well behaved :)

Being outdoors, climbing, reading a book, trying to spin poi but mostly just crackin' myself either in the back of the head or in the crotch, and if its raining, which it does rather a lot over here in England, then I'll be in the conservatory with my laptop on my, er, lap, to keep me warm. It will probably involve heavy procrastination (which must, along with all other words that end in -ation-, be said with a Jamaican accent). I'll be looking at interesting things that have no relevance to what I should actually be doing.

films: o' brother where art thou?, eternal sunshine of the spotless mind, dead mans shoes & happy go lucky (both british films), good will hunting, piano, amelie, the diving bell and the butterfly, cool runnings and jurassic park.

I'm master of no trades and jack of few. I couldnt teach you anything but maybe we could give something a go together, theres always stuff going on in Norwich, it's got a good live music and art scene. But I can do a bit of poi, a bit of graphic design (using the adobe design suits) and a bit of climbing if any of that takes your fancy :)
