ABOUT ME

I am in graduate school for couple and family therapy - only a few more months to go! I'm looking forward to doing some traveling in my last semester and as soon as I graduate. I am also interning as a child and family therapist and I work as a house faculty/dorm parent for a prep school in Connecticut. I love working with people of all ages and helping them to find ways to move through the challenges that pose significant barriers to their contentment and resourcefulness.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I love traveling but I'm not very good at letting myself take off and just do it. I'm trying to get better about that and I'm hoping that the CS will help me do that by enriching the abroad experience. I hope to return the favor when I am no longer working (and living) in a prep school dorm and can host people.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am brand new to CouchSurfing and am excited to experience it!

Interests

I get the most enjoyment out of dancing, laughing, running, spending quality time with my friends and family, meeting new people, and listening to loud classic rock music with some cheesy 80's hits and hip hop songs slipped in every once and while.
