I'm fun loving, try to rarely be glum and love the long drives where the windows can be down and the music up!!

PHILOSOPHY

Do no harm (but take no s*#) I try to live my life as gently as possible with my food and life style choices. I believe that every new that you meet has an amazing life lesson to teach you and is also finding their own way.. give them a smile and a kind word, it can brighten anyone's day :)

I'm a country girl at heart so love anything outdoor-sey..... horse riding, hiking, stand up paddle board yoga but also could never say no to a squishy bean bag and good book!

I love anything by Jodi Picoult (looking into a career of genetic counselling so any books that are ethically charged really take my fancy), country music makes my soul happy and I don't think you can go past the show Offspring when you're looking for a good giggle
