Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

I learned to bake bread in a French boulangerie. I was taught by a fourth-generation baker. We would get to eat the croissants that were too ugly to sell in the window :) Waking up at 3:30 am has never been so rewarding.
