Back in Kansas City, my midwestern love. I go to art school and wander around. I have no idea where I'll be in a few months, but Italy, Mexico, and Hawaii are all possibilities. Spring is my favorite smell.

Everything is sequential. I have a lot to learn.

I couch surf around and host, and want you to come stay with me!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have couch surfed in Memphis, Vienna, and Amsterdam, meeting other couch surfers along the way. Mostly when I travel I stay with friends or friends of friends. Or in tents.

兴趣

Roadtrips, ocean waves, flea markets, thrift stores, Italian leather shoes, quality beer, my banjo, obscure documentaries, oatmeal, sleeping in the sun, forest green, trying new and unusual things. I hate clubbing so let's just get that straight right now.

books: "Dress Your Family in Courdory and Denim" by David Sedaris; "New Kings of Nonfiction" by Ira Glass. I seriously love reading but I want it to be didactic.

movies: O Brother Where Art Thou, No Country For Old Men, Burn After Reading, The Shining, A Serious Man, There Will Be Blood, 10 Things I Hate About You and anything Ed Wood. I grew up on 50's scifi and Gidget.

radio: This American Life, RadioLab, Walt Bodine, and Prairie Home Companion

Ask me about Graceland Too, the Clairmont, sleeping in a plane engine, or playing cee-lo in a limo up to Omaha. Whenever I go to Atlanta, I age 5 years with what I see.

I can show you how to use a 4x5 camera or play minimal banjo, and maybe you can show me how to cook something. Or take me kayaking. Teach me anything.
