I’m a grad student in in DC, studying national security policy. A couple years ago, I spent my junior year abroad in Brussels, Belgium and gained a passion for traveling to new places. My interests are pretty all over the place. I enjoy outdoor activities like tennis and kayaking, but also really find joy in exploring large cities. I like to find interesting hole in the wall type places because everywhere has one. I’m also really into craft beer, so let’s get a pint!

I want to get more out of my traveling experience by getting to know people from the places I am visiting. I like making new friends, listening to their stories, and learning new things.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love watching movies. I spent a lot of time working at a movie theater, and try to keep up on the latest films. I enjoy watching action packed movies, as well romantic comedies and dramas. I also like to check out new series. You can always find me watching something new on Netflix.

My favorite book is The Great Gatsby, but I also really enjoy Dan Brown's novels, and any other adventurous novel with a nice twist.

I really want to improve my French and maybe learn some other languages. I love to cook, even though I don't have a ton of experience. I love talking about previous life and travel experiences.
