About Me

I am a learner, explorer and observer. I love meeting people, immersing myself within new cultures, and expanding my understanding of the world.

One year ago I moved to Berlin from New York, where I was the online music and art editor at a culture magazine. I frequently travel for work, but while in cities I enjoy meeting local residents to see the city through their eyes, rather than through those of a tourist. Be it a restaurant, local music venue, art gallery, or small park/beach, I want to see things that I otherwise might not find and meet people who I most likely otherwise wouldn't.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing is an great way to experience foreign cultures through the lens of locals and new friends. I have had incredible experiences couchsurfing throughout Europe, from Dresden to Barcelona, Warsaw, Amsterdam, Istanbul, and more.

Interests

As said in the about me section—really, almost anything photography, art, music, or culture related.

I'm a curious person and ask a lot of questions, but usually I don't expect answers because they're mostly questions I should just Google. Instead, for some reason, I like to ask people.
