ABOUT ME

My name is Emily Rose, I am history student at UCSC in Santa Cruz. I moved to this lovely town a couple weeks ago. I am a very happy person, I am usually smiling and love to have fun! I have 4 wonderful brothers and coming from a big family I have learned to respect other peoples space and privacy! I have been very lucky to travel all over Europe and New Zealand. The times I had there and the people I’ve met are invaluable memories to me. I love all kinds of things, traveling chocolate, food, dancing (though i am not very good), reading, music, friends, family, learning...well the list goes on and when I meet you I will tell you more!

I have couchsurfed a few times and they have all been very good experiences, I also have met up with fellow couchsurfers and had an excellent time!

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: this is a hard one, I love so many, a few that I enjoy are; Pulp Fiction, V for Vendetta, Breakfast on Pluto, Pride and Prejudice, The Wind that Shakes the Barley, Boy (NZ film), The Guard and many many more!

Music, again the list is endless. I like all kinds of genres, some of my fav bands are, The Misfits, The Smiths, BeatBeat Whisper, Atmosphere, Aesop Rock, Belle and Sebastian, johnny Cash, Bob Dylan, Neil Young and many many more.

I love reading one of my fav authors is Douglas Adams, he is amazing!
