ABOUT ME

I'm Emily, a 21 year old British girl living in Hanover, Germany. I hate wasting time, I'm energetic and like to be out and about making the most of life.

During my free time I coach and play basketball, take Japanese lessons and explore my surroundings!

PHILOSOPHY

There are so many things to experience in life and I want to make the most of it- I'll try anything once! I enjoy meeting new people and learning about different traditions and cultures.

I am full of (what others often call useless) little facts on random topics! Some of them more interesting than others but still, I consider each bit of knowledge valuable and I'm sure they'll help me out one day!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

As I am living in a small flat with 2 others, I am currently unable to host. However, whenever possible I will gladly show people around Hanover and I'm always up for grabbing a coffee with anyone!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Although I'm new to the CS community, I have hosted people and been hosted in the past. My most interesting experience was when I spent 4 weeks on a sofa in suburban Casablanca (Morocco) with a local family. My sofa was covered with a metal roof on which I could hear the rats scratching at night. Nevertheless, I had an amazing month!
